The shop is located in the heart of Szentendre, on a small square right next to the Main Square. My primary aim is to support artists with ties to Szentendre as well as young contemporary creators. All revenues are dedicated to helping the gallery provide long-term opportunities for artists to sell their work—both online and in person—thereby serving as a showcase for the local art scene and supporting the next generation in every possible way. As a teacher, I consider this deeply important. My goal is to make Szentendre’s contemporary artists and art more accessible and consciously appreciated.
Our profile also includes hosting workshops, weekly art classes and other activities, small concerts, poetry readings, and film screenings. In short, we are a community space offering opportunities for social gatherings and club activities, realized in cooperation with the Kanyar-Go Foundation.
We also operate as a café and tearoom serving specialty filter coffee (courtesy of Casino Mocca), coffee cocktails, and high-quality loose-leaf teas. Our selection includes herbal, Japanese, Chinese, white, green, red, black, and mate teas.
We are a fine and applied arts gallery combined with a café and tearoom, as well as a community space offering weekly clubs and workshops.
